90to5 showcases the submissions by editors around the world. The task is to edit a public domain feature into a 5 minute short, staying true to the original story.
I chose to edit my favourite film, Cinema Paradiso, 155 minutes long (Giuseppe Tornatore, 1989). I got the Honors Badge for my edit.

Organized by the Metropolis Association and the Goethe-Institut in Beirut, in collaboration with the Berlinale Talents and ARRI, I was part of the 2nd edition of Talents Beirut held in September 2015.
Talents Beirut has hosted more than 100 talents from the Arab World, allowing us to meet with established film professionals including Oscar-nominated Director Joshua Oppenheimer (The Look of Silence), multiple-award winning Filmmaker Raed Andoni (Ghost Hunting), Sound Designer and Foley Artist Nicolas Becker (Arrival), Editor Andrew Bird (In the Fade) and many more!
